"We are a family business and my two sons are trained carpet fitters who can contact me immediately if there is a problem with a fitting. Large stores employ sub-contractors who often leave it up to the customer to sort out problems themselves with the company that sold them the carpet. Our service is far more personal and helpful."

Crystal Carpets are also very competitively priced because, Stephen explained, the carpet megastores charge far more for the extras, such as underlay and fitting.
