On Wednesday 15th January St. Francis' Catholic Primary School in Caterham celebrated as their new classroom block was officially opened by Arundel and Brighton Diocesan Director of Catholic Schools Service, Mrs Mary Reynolds and blessed by Bishop Kieran Conry, Bishop of Arundel and Brighton diocese.

The new development was completed in August 2013 in time for the new academic year in September. The new classrooms will benefit children now and in the future. They are currently occupied by junior children.

The project would not have been possible without the support of the Diocese and Surrey County Council. The school wishes to express its appreciation to all those who contributed to this successful project, which greatly enhances the facilities for the children at St. Francis' School.
