Award-nominated Weight Loss Programme by Tandridge Trust |

A new 10 week weight management course to inspire those struggling with weight issues is being offered by Tandridge Trust this April at its centres in Caterham and Oxted. This award-nominated programme ran its first pilot in 2016 with outstanding results and the Trust is hoping to repeat and build on this success. The programme is aimed at inspiring lifestyle changes to support ongoing health and wellbeing. Each session offers nutritional advice with Weight Loss Co-ordinator Julie. She will guide participants through their weight loss journey offering advice, motivation and support. After each weekly nutritional session, participants will move into the gym where highly trained gym instructors will create a bespoke exercise programme for each individual. Weekly sessions commence Tuesday 25th April, 2.30-4.30pm, at de Stafford Sports Centre, Caterham and Thursday 27th April 7-9pm, at Tandridge Leisure Centre, Oxted. At the end of the 10 weeks, participants will receive a complimentary Tandridge Trust centre membership, entitling discounted admission and activity charges for the year.
