Appeal for witnesses to road traffic collision in Oxted

Surrey Police is appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision in Oxted yesterday afternoon, Thursday 3rd March.

The collision occurred just after 4pm on the A25 at East Hill and involved a pedestrian and a single-decker white and orange coach travelling east.

The pedestrian, a woman in her 80s, was taken by ambulance to St George's Hospital in Tooting with head and chest injuries. No-one onboard the coach was injured.

Anyone who witnessed the collision is urged to contact Surrey Police's Collision Investigation Unit on 01483 639922.
