Local Caterham boy and Sedbergh Junior School pupil, 12 year-old Jonathan Keh has been selected to play for the England Prep Schools Barbarians U13 side. Just like its senior counterpart, the U13 Barbarians' whole ethos is to play top quality open running rugby. Jonathan plays full back for his school team in Cumbria, and clinched 'Player of the Day' for the North in the recent Prep Schools Divisional Competition held at Rugby School. He was presented with his award by Old Sedberghian and ex-England International Will Greenwood, who is President of the Prep Schools Barbarians. Following this, Jonathan was picked for the full Barbarians side. The Barbarians selects its players from schools all over the country and is set to tour France at Easter. 'I'm very excited about becoming a 'Baa Baa', said Jonathan. 'Touring France will be fantastic - we'll be up against some top sides. I hope this is my first step towards playing for England one day!'
