On Friday 29th April, The Arc in Weston Drive, Caterham-on-the-Hill is getting into the party atmosphere with celebrations all day long for the Royal Wedding. There will be things to see and do all day long for all the family so Royalist or not; you are sure to have a fantastic day out! In the light and airy gallery, there will be a host of stalls ranging from crafts, cakes, jewellery and gifts selling affordable and quality products from local exhibitors. Highlights include hand-made cards and delicious home-made fudge with a wealth of yummy flavours! In the Studio there will be a Prince and Princesses dance class where your children can learn a Wedding Dance and feel like Royalty for the day. Mums and Dads can join in too - all for just £1 donation! This will be led by professional dancer and Arc dance tutor Susy Payne, so come dressed up as a beautiful princess or dashing prince - the best dressed will win a Free Arc Membership. Ridge Radio, the new online radio station for Tandridge, will be cooking up a storm with a BBQ full of mouth-watering goodies including Burgers and Sausages. You may even get your chance to broadcast a congratulations message live on the airwaves! Outside on the Green, there will be some traditional outdoor rides and sideshows including a bouncy castle, giant fun slide, tea cup ride and Chair-plane! Fun and games for all ages! Other attractions outside include a Candy Floss Machine and a Baby Bouncy Castle run by Little Treasure's Nursery! Another incentive to come to The Arc's fabulous celebrations is the news that Adults get in to Soft Play free with their paying kids - saving £1 per adult. Once inside, your kids will love our soft play area with three separate zones of obstacles, slides, ball ponds, tunnels and more. Mums and Dads can enjoy fresh coffee, cakes and lunch while the kids play. And finally, there will be a Big Screen showing the fantastic Royal Wedding, so unwind with a cup of tea or a glass of wine and enjoy some delicious Strawberries and Cream and enjoy the celebrations that the whole world will be tuned into. Admission is free with small charges for the rides and sideshows outside. The fun gets under way from 11am and continues until 4pm.
