Urban Designers, Kember Louden Williams LLP are putting together a planning application for redevelopment of the former Rose & Young site in Caterham on behalf of its owners.  They would like to obtain the views of local residents and businesses before submitting the application and are holding an exhibition at the Soper Hall in Harestone Valley Road, Caterham on Monday 14th January between 1pm-5pm ad Tuesday 15th January between 4pm and 7pm.  The event will be attended by professionals who have been working on the project who will be able to answer any questions.  Details of the exhibition will be presented on Tandridge District Council's website nearer the time.
