The CR3 Forum is urging residents of Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe to complete the residents questionnaire which was delivered around November time to give greater validity to the bid for a Neighbourhood Plan. Once a Neighbourhood Plan is adopted, it becomes a main consideration within the planning system when considering town planning applications, being positioned directly below the Council's Core Strategy.
