The Village Health Club, in Weston Drive, Caterham CR3 5XY is holding an Open Day on Saturday 6th July between 12pm-4pm. There will be free taster group exercise classes in Spinning (12.30-12.50pm, 1pm-1.20pm and 1.30-1.50pm); Zumba (2pm-2.30pm) and Bokwa (2.30pm-3pm). Visitors will also be able to view the pool and the new gym equipment and learn about lots of offers in the 'Beauty at the Village' treatment rooms.
