During the course of their research, members of the CR3 Forum who are putting together the Neighbourhood Plan for Caterham, Chaldon and Whyteleafe have found that land is required for a  number of uses, not just for housing.  In preparing the Neighbourhood Plan the CR3 Forum needs to find out what sites are available for the following purposes and are asking local residents to contact them if they have or know of land that might be available.  They would also be interested to know of any other suggested uses for land that are not listed.   The list the CR3 Forum has come up with during its research is as follows:

Enlargement of the Caterham Hill library
Cinema
Cemetery
Allotments
Community hub for Whyteleafe
Playground for Chaldon
