Santa visiting a youngster during the Rotary house-to-house collection last Christmas.

The members of Caterham and Caterham Harestone Rotary Clubs are delighted to announce the total amount raised from their Christmas house-to-house collection was a record £4,525.13. Rotary Club members along with volunteer helpers accompanied Santa and his sleigh around Caterham, Warlingham and Whyteleafe last Christmas, braving the elements to raise money for local good causes.

President of Caterham Rotary Club, Peter Lyons and President of Caterham Harestone Rotary Club, Graham Woodcock, would like to thank all the residents of Caterham, Warlingham and Whyteleafe who so generously contributed to their street collection.

The clubs are currently in discussions regarding the recipients of the money and full details will be announced in the next few weeks.
