Action from the Rotary Charity Golf Day 2012. The Rotary Club of Caterham are holding their annual Charity Golf Day on Monday 2nd June at Bletchingley Golf Club. The event is being held in continued support of local charities. Some recent examples of charities supported by the Rotary Club of Caterham are the Men in Sheds venture at the Douglas Brunton Centre, Caterham First Responders, St. Catherine's Hospice, the Lily Foundation, The Orpheus Centre and The Children's Trust. The golf will entail 18 Holes Stableford Fourball played in teams of four with the best two Stableford scores to count. There will be coffee and bacon rolls on arrival (from 8am) and the golf will start from the 1st and 10th tees from 9am. Entry costs £240 per team. Individual entry costs £60 (£40 for Bletchingley Golf Club members). The cost includes lunch. There will be prizes for the first, second and third teams, 'Nearest the Pin' and 'Nearest the Pin in Two Shots'. There will also be a raffle.
