The creative process in underway for next year's fundraising calendar for the charity Help for Heroes.  The 1940's style pin-up calender entitled 'Pin-Up for Heroes' will feature twelve girls dressed in '40s and '50s costume to create a glamorous and tasteful calendar that will appeal to all.  Sophie Maxwell from Woldingham is one of the 30  applicants that have been posted on the Pin up for Heroes website to enable the public to vote for the final twelve.

Part-time model, Sophie, said:  "I think this is such a worthwhile project and I would love to appear on the calendar.  It will be a very sophisticated calendar and I really want to help publicise it for the charity.  The closing date for voting is the 31st May so please vote for me!"
