Two men arrested in connection with suspicious incidents in Tandridge Officers investigating a series of suspicious incidents in Tandridge arrested two men on Wednesday (26 May) evening in connection with the offences. The men, aged 21 and 33, who are both from London, were taken to Reigate Police Station for questioning and released yesterday evening (Thursday, 27 May) on police bail pending further enquiries. Detectives and local Tandridge Safer Neighbourhood Officers have been investigating four reports of suspicious incidents of men approaching young girls in the Warlingham, Caterham, and Whyteleafe areas. The incidents took place between Thursday, 13 May and Thursday, 20 May. Detective Inspector Paul Gordon said: “We remain committed to identifying those responsible for these offences and ensuring they are brought to justice. Although I hope the Tandridge, and wider, communities are reassured by these arrests I would still urge anyone with any information regarding these incidents to come forward.
