On Thursday 16th September a meeting of the Caterham Carnival Committee will be held at The Scout Hut, Park Road, Caterham-on-the-Hill to present cheques to this year's beneficiaries - the  Chaldon Scouts, the Old Cats RFC Under 14's, the Queen's Park FC Youth Teams and the Caterham Sea Cadets.

The Carnival Committee is also inviting any organisations who would like to become beneficiaries of next year's carnival to come along to outline their reasons why and what the monies raised would be spent on.  If no-one can attend the meeting in person their requests can  be sent in writing to Martin Vaux, 171 Foxon Lane, Caterham, Surrey, CR3 5SH.
