Last month we reported the announcement by Mark Jones to launch a new radio station for Caterham and since then things have been moving fast for Mark, who lives and works in Caterham. The response to the news was huge, and the best news is that The Arc arts and recreational centre in The Village has offered Mark studio space for when the station launches. "The station will be online to start with because it will take a while to get a licence to broadcast on air," explained Mark. "I'm really pleased with all the support I have received. I have so many ideas for the station buzzing around, it's brilliant!" Anyone interested in becoming involved is invited to a public meeting at The Arc in Weston Drive, The Village at 7.30pm on Thursday 16th September. All are welcome.
